Wallabies great Rocky Elsom reveals fresh evidence has emerged which he believes will clear his name - four months after a warrant was issued for his arrest Former Wallabies captain Rocky Elsom believes newly released financial documents could help him clear his name.
The 41-year-old, who won 75 caps for Australia, is now arguing that the club's financial reports contradict the claims that are being made against him, with prosecutors arguing that the payments he made during his time as the club's president were inappropriate given the club's unstable financial position.
Elsom released a bombshell statement back in October, asking French lawyer Patrick Tabet to disclose the information and documents he used to determine the sentence.
