We Live in Time filming locations: All the London spots in the movie

We Live in Time, one of the first big cinema releases of 2025, puts south London in the spotlight. The film stars Andrew Garfield as Tobias Durand, a Weetabix executive who meets chef Almut Bruhl (Florence Pugh) when she runs him over. Despite their unconventional first meeting, the pair find themselves falling for each other’s charms. We Live in Time charts their love story, criss-crossing across south London (and making one trip north) in the process, as the movie was filmed on location with sets popping up in Herne Hill, Brixton and Orpington.

From a date-worthy wine bar to a far less glamorous petrol station, here are the We Live in Time locations you can visit. Deli by day, wine bar by night, south-east London favourite Lulu’s is where Almut and Tobias pick up breakfast supplies after first spending the night together. Particularly eagle-eyed cinemagoers will also notice Garfield’s character carries a Lulu’s tote as he and Almut wander through Brockwell Park afterwards (more on that in a second).
The neighbourhood spot opened in 2022 and is an offshoot of Llewleyn’s, the highly regarded restaurant next door. When it comes to on-screen accuracy, it makes perfect sense that award-winning chef Almut would be a fan of Lulu’s. Stop by during the day to pick coffee, fresh salads, sandwiches and artisanal food supplies, or swing by after dark for small plates and an impressive wine list.
