The 75 Hard Challenge is described on its creator’s website as “the only programme that can permanently change your life”. Originally devised by Andy Frisella in 2019, the challenge has since garnered more than two billion views and has been completed by over a million people, according to Frisella.

Since its announcement, the trend has taken hold on TikTok, with countless participants dedicating time to the challenge and their preparations for it. While some participants claim the programme has transformed their lives, others argue that it may not be as effective as it seems, raising doubts about its scientific foundation.
