‘World’s best boss’ gifts workers £1MILLION & Maldives hols as Christmas thank-you…even MORE than he gave them last year AN ITALIAN food entrepreneur has delighted his workforce by gifting them £1 million and a trip to the Maldives for Christmas.
As if the bundle of gifts for his workers wasn't enough, Tommaso is also gifting one lucky customer a trip to New York through a competition on his Instagram page.
The generous boss is Tommaso Mazzanti, founder and CEO of All'Antico Vinaio - a global chain of sandwich shops based out of Florence, Italy.
He said: "I always remember when I was behind a counter making schiacciate, and I wanted to take advantage of my good fortune and to make all my employees and collaborators as happy as possible.".
The Tuscan businessman made the announcement on social media that he would split a million between his workers, amounting to roughly £2,500 each.
