Legendary WWE superstar Mick Foley has teased a potential return to the ring after providing a health update discussing his remarkable weight loss journey. Foley officially announced his retirement from wrestling in 2013 following a lifelong stint in the sport where he earned a global status on the WWE circuit after carving out an initial career at rival organisations.
The 59-year-old fought under several character identities during his time in the sport with Cactus Jack and Mankind amongst the aliases used as Foley's popularity saw him earn fans all over the world. However, the American has battled obesity problems in recent years and described his previous condition as being 'a heart attack waiting to happen' before deciding to shed the excess pounds.
Now, a rejuvenated Foley has explained on his YouTube channel how he has dropped from a bloated 163kg to 127kg with the aid of exercise, clean eating, and medication. 'I did it the old-fashioned way, it was really a three-step process,' said the WWE icon.
