BOXER Mark Weinman has died at the age of 62. The American star passed away in Mesa, Arizona, on Saturday, his brother has confirmed. Weinman died as a result of complications from idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis, a respiratory illness he was diagnosed with over a decade ago. The boxer turned pro in the 1980s and won his first 11 fights before losing three straight bouts and stepping away from the ring.
