The Traitors is back on our screen but for one hopeful they've announced huge news away from the series. While they remain on our screen in the hope of winning the current series, they took to Instagram to share their happy family news. Maia Gouveiax, who entered the castle with her sister, shared her pregnancy news in a sweet Instagram video and posed as she showed off her blossoming baby bump.
The full-time mum's video saw her first hold up a positive pregnancy test from a clip taken in August. As she complied a sweet 2024 round-up montage, she took fans on her pregnancy journey as she beamed in following uploaded. In her December part of the upload, Maia donned a pair of festive pyjamas before cradling her bump in a cream knit dress.
The 25-year-old was seen to have "back stabbed" her older sister Armani, 27, in the early stages of this year's competition on BBC. Maia, who is a Faithful, outed her sibling as a potential Traitor prior to her being banished by the group. After her harsh exit, London-based financial investigator Armani revealed she felt "perplexed" as she didn't suspect the Faithfuls had uncovered her true identity. Joining hosts on The Traitors Uncloaked podcast, the banished hopeful revealed that if she could turn back time, she wouldn't have let slip that her sister Maia was also part of the game. "If I could go back I'd be like 'Oh my god shut up just forget it.' We did it because we are so similar, we talk similarly, we look similar, our mannerisms [are similar]," she explained.
