Chelsea returned to winning ways in convincing fashion as they beat Southampton 4-0 at Stamford Bridge. After a three-match losing run, the visit of the worst side in the Premier League was a welcome one for the Blues and they took full advantage on a comfortable night.
Christopher Nkunku opened the scoring, before Pedro Neto lashed past Aaron Ramsdale at the near post and Levi Colwill made it three with a header before half-time. Chelsea cruised through the second-half with the job already effectively done, and Marc Cucurella added further gloss to the scoreline as he finished after a sharp break.
