Emmerdale confirms shocking murder twist

All week Emmerdale’s fans have been teased by that grotesque looking hand lurking beneath the icy lake that the limo crashed into. We first caught glimpse of it when Amy Barton (Natalie Ann Jamieson) fell through into the depths when trying to cross the ice.

As she was plunged into the freezing water, she let out a scream when she saw the limb of the dead body. Since then, Emmerdale has shown it a couple of times, sparking many theories, not least of all that Nate Robinson (Jurell Carter) is lurking down there, having never made it out of the village.

It’s a theory that has been circulating for some time, and now a brand new clue could be what confirms it.
