Fearne Cotton, 43, has broken her silence after she announced her split from husband Jesse Wood, 48, on Friday. The ITV star released a new episode on her podcast Happy Place, and spoke candidly about her body with beauty expert Caroline Hirons. Fearne confessed about the changes she’d experienced after having kids, having welcomed son Rex, 11, and daughter Honey, nine, with Jesse.
Asked about how to keep skin looking healthy, Caroline shared: “If you want to change the structure of your skin, that is when you go and see someone who can do an injectable. That’s the structure of your skin. So if you think about the scaffolding outside the building, that will start to dismantle as we get older - it just does. You know, the joke is about everything heading south. If you’ve breast fed four kids and you take your bra off, you are very aware of that.”.
Fearne jokingly interrupted: “Babes, I’m there. Two of them babes, still there,” with Caroline agreeing: “Exactly, it only takes one, let’s be honest. It takes one and you’re like, ‘Wait, where did they go?’”. “Droopy little dog ears,” Fearne laughed, adding, “F**k that, we’re scooping them off the ground” when talking about putting a bra on.
On Fearne’s podcast, she talks about plenty of selfcare and health topics after undertaking huge lifestyle changes compared to her party girl days. A couple of years ago, she revealed: "I would cram my first flat with as many humans as possible back in the day, music blaring, vodka flowing and very little food. In my twenties, I would happily wander off to bed with beer bottles in the sink and even actual humans sleeping on the sofas.".
