Jocelyn Wildenstein's former fiancé spoke about plans moving forward in the wake of the socialite's death at 84 last week. Wildenstein's body will be cremated and transported to a Kenyan ranch where her parents' remains are, according to fashion designer Lloyd Klein, 57, who was with Wildenstein in her final moments.

A 'small and private' funeral service will be held for Wildenstein in Paris, Klein told TMZ Monday, prior to her remains being taken to Kenya, a place she was very fond of. Wildenstein's father is buried on the ranch grounds, and her mother's ashes were scattered there, Klein said, adding that it was 'fitting' she would end up at a place she loved dearly.

Klein, speaking to People Wednesday, attributed Wildenstein's December 31 death in Paris to the chronic medical condition phlebitis. 'Because of her phlebitis, the legs were very, very swollen, and the blood was blocked, and there was no oxygen in the brain,' Klein told the publication. (Phlebitis is a condition in which blood vessels become inflamed, according to WebMD, and can sometimes lead to potentially deadly blood clots.).
