Prime Video has just dropped a trailer for its upcoming edge-of-the-seat drama series, which is set to premiere next month. Fear is a three-part psychological drama bringing to life every parent’s worst nightmare after a couple are confronted by a sinister neighbour, who accuses them of abusing their children. In the short teaser from the streaming platform, Martyn (played by Martin Compston) and his wife Rebecca (Anjli Mohindra) move with their two children from London to Glasgow.

What begins of as an idyllic new start to their lives quickly descends into terror when their creepy, basement-dwelling neighbour Jan (Solly McLeod) begins making unnerving comments to Rebecca and soon launches a campaign of intimidation against her and the rest of the family. Things begin to escalate when the authorities refuse to step in and intervene, leaving Martyn and Rebecca nowhere left to turn.

So begins a cat and mouse game between Solly and the couple as they find they’re constantly being watched by him. Martyn’s father (James Cosmo) offers to intervene but again Solly appears to manipulate the situation and remains one step ahead of them.
