Meghan Markle shared rare pictures and videos of her children, Archie and Lilibet, in a video she posted about her dog. The Duchess of Sussex lost her beloved dog, Guy, and took to her newly created Instagram page to pay tribute to him after his death. She put together a touching video made up of multiple pictures and videos of Guy with her and Prince Harry and the kids. At one point in the clip, Prince Harry was seen with Archie, six, and the dog.
Archie held Guy on a leash as they enjoyed a sunny walk. Another snap showed Meghan holding onto Lilibet, three, as the family's dogs napped around them on a picnic blanket. In one video, Archie could be heard saying: "He's going to fall" while he sat in the car with his mum and dog, before Meghan reassured him that the pup was safe.
The Suits actress adopted Guy - who had been at a kill shelter in Kentucky and 'given a few days to live' from a dog rescue in Canada in 2015. In the caption, she wrote: "I swooped him up….and fell in love. They referred to him as ‘the little guy’ because he was so small and frail, so I named him ‘Guy’. And he was the best guy any girl could have asked for.
"If you followed me on instagram back in the day, you saw a lot of him - and on The Tig too. He was with me at Suits, when I got engaged, (and then married), when I became a mom….he was with me for everything: the quiet, the chaos, the calm, the comfort. He endured a terrible accident shortly before I moved to the UK which had him undergoing surgeries for several months and unable to leave the clinic.
