A mum called her husband "incredible" in a chilling final TikTok post before both she and her partner were discovered dead. Jennifer Sheffield, 30, also admitted she and Brandon Sheffield, 40, were going through a divorce in the haunting message, posted around two weeks before the couple died.
Police said it appeared Brandon shot his wife before turning the gun on himself at their home near Jackson, Mississippi, on Saturday December 28. Officers, though, continue to investigate the tragedies. The final TikTok post reads: "So, I’m about to be a newly single mom. I am in the middle of divorce. My husband is being incredible, though, really and truly … we’re working together. Everything’s great.".
Jennifer's friend confirmed to local media the pair had recently separated and were getting a divorce. Jennifer, a mother of two, was described as "the most amazing person" by the friend. She added: "I was with her [Jennifer] when they [Jennifer and Brandon] met, and I’ve always loved him for how he loved her. So it’s definitely hard trying to understand something we will never be able to.".
The pal also said Jennifer, who was a social media influencer, adored her children, and was a "selfless" parent. She continued: "She was loving, caring, silly, devoted; one of the most selfless people I knew." She said Brandon's alleged behaviour was out of character.
