Neal Maupay has re-opened his age-old feud with James Maddison after copying the Tottenham star's darts celebration again. The Frenchman was on target for Marseille in their 5-1 win over Le Havre on Sunday, scoring his third goal since joining on loan from Everton last summer.

After finding the back of the net in the 43rd minute, Maupay mocked Maddison's celebration, with his Marseille team-mates joining in on the act. Luis Henrique, Michael Murillo, Derek Cornelius and Adrien Rabiot accompanied the striker on the scene, as their side went 3-0 up before half-time.

Maupay first made fun of Maddison's celebration when he was at Brentford, in a 3-2 defeat by Tottenham in February 2024. After his opening goal, Maupay wheeled away in celebration and proceeded to imitate Maddison's signature move, alongside Ivan Toney.
