Planes are cramped and a bit grim – the only saving grace is the fact you know you're going to be somewhere delightful in less than a day. Things can be even bleak if you've drawn the short straw and are in the dreaded middle seat. In addition to the lack of legroom, it can be a tough few hours. But when you've got passengers in all directions invading your personal space, it can become even less of a desirable situation - whether they're manspreading into your area or elbowing you for the armrest.

This was definitely the case for one man recently. The passenger had a flight experience that really took the biscuit – so he decided to take drastic measures. Digital creator Cam Casey couldn't help but chuckle at the "instant karma on the airplane" dished out to a woman after blasting her behaviour as "nasty". The flip-flop wearer had her legs stretched out, leaving her toes peeking out from under his seat. It's not a sight you'd want to see if you're not a fan of feet!.

Cam took revenge on the act, which some deemed to be selfish. He tipped over his water bottle, soaking her exposed toes. The video clip ends with the sound of her astonished gasp as she hastily retracts her feet. In the video's comment section, viewers suggested their own mischievous tactics to have given her an even bigger shock. "Warm water or coffee would've been better," one quipped. Another said: "Or a nice sticky soda." And another commenter revealed their own hypothetical revenge, writing: "I would have fake sneezed on their toes with just a sprinkle of water. That would have been way more impactful".

Cam responded with a trophy emoji, praising his own clever suggestion. Meanwhile, some admitted they might have been tempted to "accidentally step on her toes" in such a situation. However, there were those who defended the woman, suggesting she might not have done it on purpose. One person commented: "Isn't it possible she fell asleep and didn't realise her feet moved or that she was beyond the chair edge? People are so extra".
