The Traitors winner Meryl Williams has revealed she plans to undergo more cosmetic surgery. Meryl, who appeared on the first season of the hit BBC show, first went under the knife aged 16 for a breast reduction after her natural 32FF chest left her extreme back pain.

In 2023, she spent £7,500 of her £33,000 share of The Traitors prize money to pay for a forehead reduction. Now Meryl, 28, has revealed she's planning a second boob job, and wants to boost herself from a 32B to a 32C. Speaking to Fabulous, Meryl revealed that she'd wanted a boob job ever since her reduction surgery.

Meryl, who is spending £11,000 of her winnings on a breast augmentation and an uplift, insisted it wasn't an 'overnight decision' and she had extensively looked into different clinics and surgeons. The reality star, who has achondroplasia, a common form of dwarfism, continued: 'Don't get me wrong, I love my body! I'm unique and I've always embraced my condition.
