A Place in the Sun buyer Jasmin shut down expert Jasmine Harman before stepping foot inside one property. During Monday's episode, Jasmine Harman helped couple, Jasmin and David, find their dream property in Cómpeta in southern Spain. The house hunters, who wanted to make the move permanent, had a budget of £130,000 to spend.

The first property on Jasmine's list was a three-bed townhouse priced at £130,000. It had a stunning roof terrace with sea and mountain views. On the ground floor, there was a living room, a kitchen with room for a small table, and a compact shower room. Upstairs, there was a light and bright double bedroom with a Juliet balcony and another living room, which led into a little conservatory.

Despite being smaller than what they expected, after being shown the views from the terrace, the couple were blown away. However, after seeing the kitchen and deeming it "too dark," Jasmin and David ruled out property number one completely. The second property was another three-bed house priced at £138,000, which was above the couple's budget. There was outdoor space on every level of this house with a cosy courtyard, a balcony, and a roof terrace, with the views improving the higher you go.

The front door led into an open hallway with a modern kitchen to the side. There was a lounge with room for dining and almost wall-to-wall windows to soak in that gorgeous view. However, Jasmin immediately expressed her feelings before even stepping foot inside. When asked about her thoughts, she told the host, "I don't love the location, sorry. Even though the facilities are in walking distance, it feels quite remote.".
