Adam Collard has shared the first photo of his baby with Laura Woods and share their sweet name choice. The couple have been an item since October 2023 and last year they revealed they are to become parents together - with a wedding also on the cards. On Saturday, Love Island star Adam and sports presenter Laura shared the news of their baby's arrival. He shared a series of adorable photos on Instagram from the hospital.
Adam held his baby boy's hand in a black and white snap of their son in a hospital bed. Laura looked radiant as she held their bundle of joy in another photo, while the new parents could be seen proudly carrying their baby home for the first time. Adam and Laura revealed the name they have chosen as they said: "Leo Ernie Collard, our boy.".
The new parents also shared photos of Leo's arrival at home as he met their dog for the first time. In September, Laura and Adam stunned fans when they announced they were getting married - with the sports host sharing photos and video clips of the moment Adam asked her to be his wife.
Sharing her collection of images on Instagram, she wrote at the time: "And just like that … You make me happy. Thank you @carbisbayestate - the place we fell in love and now the place we got engaged, you made it so special. What a summer." Adam also shared his excitement over becoming a husband, posting: "From dates & daiquiri's to a Fiancé & a sprog on the way, our very own little team. My whole world. Always.".
The engagement came two months after the pair revealed they were expecting a baby together. Laura announced the heartwarming news via an Instagram post in July in which she showed an ultrasound image of her baby - while her French bulldog looked up at her from beyond the image. She captioned the image with the simple words: "Hey, baby.".
