Ange Postecoglou admitted his players need urgent help after Tottenham's injury-ravaged team slumped to another defeat at Everton. It is their 12th defeat of the Premier League season and leaves them in 15th, eight points clear of relegation and with injuries piling up again.

Dominic Solanke will be out for 'a few weeks' according to the Spurs boss, Brennan Johnson 'three to four weeks' and Radu Dragusin came off at Goodison Park with a head wound. 'There will be urgency, but it doesn't need me to say it,' said Postecoglou when asked about reinforcements before the end of the month.

'Everybody can see that. I've no issues with how the club are going about it, they are working hard and trying to find solutions. 'These players need help that is for sure and hopefully over the next 10 days or so we'll find a solution. It is really tricky, we're not the only ones in the market. The club are trying hard.'.
