Antiques Road Trip's Philip Serrell faced a tough crowd when he tried to snag what he thought was a "bargain" buy, only to be met with the seller's incredulous, "Come on" during a memorable instalment of the BBC show.

"If you look there, there's a little paper label just there that gives you the maker's mark, and this is all fret cut, and the thing that you want to look at when you see this is to make sure there's no damages to any of the frets, which there don't appear to be," he detailed, only for Sandy to bluntly retort: "You just open it and squeeze it!".

Sandy then tempted Philip with a deal, saying, "How often do you come across these, and especially complete with box.

On his journey from Darlington to Doncaster, Philip stopped by Rudby House, a well-known antiques and decor emporium in North Yorkshire, in search of exquisite art and hidden gems.

"This is a squeezebox that was made in London," Philip noted, while Sandy, the shop owner, disclosed its 1891 origins.
