The US legal case over whether Prince Harry's US visa application should be made public has had a major update after the Department of Homeland Security reportedly agreed to release some of his visa documents.
It comes after a judge previously suggested he could allow the release of some sealed documents from Harry's visa application in a lengthy legal case sparked when conservative Washington DC think tank The Heritage Foundation questioned why the Duke of Sussex was allowed into the US in 2020.
Today, lawyers for the Department of Homeland Security are said to have agreed that three items can be unsealed with redactions, which will give an insight into whether Prince Harry lied about his drug use on his immigration application.
The think tank also said answers on the duke’s prior drug use in his visa application should have been disclosed as they could raise questions over the US government’s integrity.
