But while she's currently on the Latin American leg of her tour, it's claimed that Shakira will head to the UK next year – eight years after her last tour here.
A source told The Sun: "Shakira is a massive force in music around the world and it's been a very long time since she last performed in the UK.
The music icon, 48, had been scheduled to perform in Lima, Peru, tonight as part of her Las Mujeres Ya No Lloran World Tour.
Shakira is touring in support of her latest album, Las Mujeres Ya No Lloran, in which she channels her highly publicised split from Gerard Piqué into music.
It's claimed that the tour could continue for some years, with Shakira herself saying she has no plans to slow down any time soon.
