She's the lauded Australian actress perhaps best known for her star turn in the hit series McLeod's Daughters. After making her big screen debut in an uncredited role in the 1988 film Evil Angels, she went on to star in some of Australia's best-loved TV series.
The popular actress' talents have been featured in the likes of Stingers, Ocean Girl, Sea Change and Rake. It's none other than veteran actress Doris Younane. Over the weekend, the 61-year-old cut a quirky figure when she stepped out with husband Bill Papakostantis. The pair were spotted out and about on the streets of Melbourne and Doris was not afraid to show off her unique sense of sartorial style.
The actor wore a pair of oversized Gucci sunglasses that threatened to obscure Doris' entire face. The quirky 'frameless' specs featured rivets around the edge with thin gold arms. No doubt doing their job of shielding Doris' eyes from a bright Melbourne sun, the facial accoutrements set the actor back around $850.
