This article contains spoilers for tonight’s Coronation Street, which has not yet aired on TV but is available to watch now on ITVX. Carla Connor (Alison King) got quite a shock in recent Coronation Street scenes when Lisa Swain’s (Vicky Myers) jealousy got the better of her.
Earlier this week, Lisa was left feeling hurt when Carla failed to acknowledge their romance in public, though the women soon reconciled when Carla explained her position and they agreed not to rush into announcing anything. However, in tonight’s episode, it became clear that Lisa was struggling with the idea of Carla keeping her a secret, as her insecurities got the better of her.
When Lisa asked Sarah Platt (Tina O’Brien) and Izzy Armstrong (Cherylee Houston) what Carla was up to, she was clearly uncomfortable when they revealed that she was dining a dashing client. Heading to the Bistro, Lisa kept a close eye on the flirty exchange between Carla and her client, growing more concerned with every comment and touch.

As soon as Carla stepped out to take a call, Lisa swept in and gave the client a stark warning to keep his hands to himself, promising to arrest him for sexual harassment if he continued.
