Charlotte Crosby has confirmed that she's welcomed her second child with partner Jake Ankers. The Geordie Shore star shared the happy news with a post on Instagram today, with an adorable snap of Jake cuddling their newborn baby girl. Charlotte also shared a similar black and white photo, with their older daughter Alba, two, joining the cuddling session as she met her little sister at home. Charlotte broke the news subtly, with much of her caption centred around a newsletter drop. She then revealed that this newsletter was a bit different after the major change to her family. "I hope you all enjoyed reading it as much as I enjoyed writing it," she wrote, adding: "A personal update from me and my beautiful family of 4!" Alongside encouraging fans to sign up, she added a link to her site.
The former MTV star continued: "Let me know if you think she looks like alba! And if you love the her and albas first meeting pics!" along with two white heart emojis. In a different post, Charlotte also shared her daughter's name. “Pixi Cecilia Ankers welcome to the world our beautiful baby girl! You are absolutely perfect 31.01.25," she announced. “It’s been a rollercoaster of a weekend! And I’m so overwhelmed with all your beautiful messages about the newsletter that went out today with our first look into our weekend as a family of 4.”.
While Charlotte and Jake have only just shared the arrival of Pixi, Charlotte's dad Gary spilled the beans before his daughter as he let slip that his family had grown. "What a full filled weekend done in that their London. A new addition to our little family and some very exciting years ahead. Feeling very blessed and happy," he wrote on social media. Charlotte only welcomed Pixi a few days ago, but previously opened up about how she had her birthing plans all laid out to the letter. The reality TV star welcomed Alba via C-section, and shared that she wanted the same birth method this time around. She also revealed how she planned to let cameras in to capture the special moment, just like with her first birth.
In an exclusive interview with the Mirror earlier this month, the TV star spilled: "I had a C-section with Alba, and it was such a good experience. "I like to be in control – especially after my ectopic pregnancy [in 2016]. Waking up from that operation and being told I almost died and lost two reproductive organs was awful. I never want to feel out of control like that again. I would always only have a C-section anyway, I have absolutely no desire to push a baby out of my vagina as it is too hard.".
