Just days after Cheryl and her child were forced to adjust to his tragic passing, it has been reported that the star was stalked by a man who turned up outside their home just days after the funeral on December 10. Daniel Bannister, 49, had previously been jailed for four months, given a restraining order, and banned from entering Buckinghamshire reported The Sun.

Bannister was in 2012 jailed for two-and-a-half years for the manslaughter of his neighbour Rajendra Patel. The incident took place at a hostel in Croydon. Bannister reportedly beat up Patel as he was walking towards a lift. Your Local Guardian reported that Patel died 15 days later of pulmonary thromboembolism linked to the attack.
