Coronation Street Leanne Battersby actor's life off-screen including long-term marriage to rival soap star Coronation Street's Leanne Battersby, played by Jane Danson, is set to face more heartbreak as she recently found out about her sister and partner's secret affair.
In an attempt to get her sister charged with fraud, Leanne opened a bank account under Toyah's name and began transferring unauthorised payments from the Bistro's business account into it.
In the soap, Leanne Battersby could land herself in hot water after attempting to frame her sister Toyah Battersby, played by Georgia Taylor.
The owner of the Bistro was livid upon discovering that Toyah has continued her affair with Leanne's partner Nick Tilsley, played by Ben Price.
However, she later had the chilling realisation that it was Leanne who was framing her when DC Kit Green, played by Jacob Roberts, revealed that the password linked to the account was 'Rose2001'.
