Candice Cooper, who makes videos as the Daily Dish and shares her favorite beauty tips, explained why it's beneficial to wash your hair on day three. 'From a fully licensed cosmetologist, please wash your hair,' Candice begged in the caption. In the TikTok video, Candice explained, 'Anytime you're thinking to yourself, "you know what, I just don't want to wash my hair" - maybe it's day three, maybe it's day four - please, just wash your hair.'.
