Doctor reveals popular shampoo sold at Tesco that clears acne and dry skin

If you are into skincare, it can often seem that there are hundreds of products on the market for women while men seem to have 10-in-one shampoos that targets all of their issues. And while many people are baffled about how some men have clear skin without a routine, one doctor says there is a good reason for this.
The expert has taken to TikTok to say that these all in one shampoos are great for many reasons - so it's no surprise men have such great skin despite using one product for everything. In his video, he says that there is a commonality which makes it great for dandruff as well as dry skin and bumps and it all comes down to one word - yeast.
Explaining why this is, Dr Mark, MD aka @dermarkologistm began by reacting to a video of a woman washing her face with shampoo and waking up to “clear skin”. Joking about how men seem to have a great skin despite using so-called bad products, the dermatologist says people may think they're not great, but in reality it's the opposite and they can work really well, despite what some say.
"I hate to break it to you but men are on something by doing this", he warns. "Because if you have dry skin around your eyebrows or around your nose or in your beard area or itchy bumps around your hairline and forehead, then these are all skin conditions that are caused by yeast buildup on the skin.
