Denise Welch looked sensational in a blue swimsuit as she posed for an Instagram photo on the beach during a sun-soaked holiday abroad on Wednesday. The Loose Women star, 66, showed off her incredible weight loss in the one piece as she revealed why she cropped her husband out of the picture.

Denise lost 2.5 stone in just nine weeks after becoming a Celebrity Ambassador for the LighterLife diet plan and has previously told how therapy helped her maintain the weight loss. In her new snap Denise beamed as she shielded from the sun behind a pair of sunglasses and revealed her partner Lincoln didn't like the photo of himself.

Thank you @lighterlife for helping me change my bad relationship with food and helping me to maintain weight loss with mentorship and CBT [cognitive behavioral therapy] tools I employ if I feel myself slipping,'.
