Fortnite has delivered on the doughy boy from its cosmetics leaks in its own bundle, and it's surprisingly cheap too. Fortnite’s Item Shop has been suitably festive for some time now to celebrate Winterfest 2024, and now that we’re looking down the barrel of 2025, players are starting to shift their priorities away from the most Christmassy skins that the game has to offer and towards its more creative cosmetics. It won’t stop Epic Games from keeping Santa Shaq and a full cosmetic bundle after the Mariah Carey Ice Block melted in the Item Shop, but hey, the shop won’t be able to stock them at all once it leaves now as we enter the new year, so we should let it do its thing.
The priority has changed from celebrating festivities to soaking up all of the V-Bucks gift cards that players everywhere got for Christmas, and it’s clear to see that Fortnite is pulling out the big guns – the Dance Floor Item Shop takeover packed heaps of Icon dances for players to purchase, including those from the free Juice WRLD bundle, and featuring some major tracks for players to pick up. It looks like now, after the return of Renegade Raider and the Disney Villains skins, there is a new character for players to bag in the Doughberman Fortnite collection.
The Doughberman Fortnite skin has been present in leaks for some time, with the likes of @ShiinaBR mentioning the skin earlier this month under the codename “Batter Boi”, but it’s only now that it has reared its buttery head – and in a pretty surprising turn of events, it’s a pretty cheap bundle of cosmetics too.
