As police approach him, Parker tells them: "Right, I know exactly what you're gonna say but I've just bought the f***ing bike man.".
These included aggravated vehicle taking, dangerous driving, driving without a licence, driving without insurance and drug driving.
Detective Constable Michelle Leonard, of Durham Constabulary's Serious Collision Investigation Unit, said: "This was an incredibly dangerous piece of riding from Parker.
Parker, who was not wearing a helmet, was then captured somersaulting through the air after crashing the bike at around 40mph.
A drug test found Parker, now aged 20, had cocaine and cannabis in his system at the time of the crash.
