Speaking on the YouTube channel Love Don't Judge, Tiffany and Jim recalled their first meeting and how their relationship developed.
Tiffany invited Jim to appear in one of her videos, and said "the rest is history.".
Tiffany, who works as a content creator, was visiting a retirement home when she met her fiance, who is 42 years her senior.
"When I'm with guys my age or younger, they're all just go, go, go," she said.
