From will shortly be returning, but how did the horror drama’s second season finale end?. Season three first debuted in the US in September 2024 on MGM+, and now it’s finally time for UK fans to find out how the series will play out. Episode one, Shatter, will air on Tuesday, January 14, on Sky Max and NOW, almost two years after the second outing began.

Ahead of From season three making its debut, here’s a recap of how the series two finale played out. Randall (played by AJ Simmons), Julie (Hannah Cheramy), and Marielle (Kaelen Ohm) had all fallen into comas with their eyes going white with each of them screaming out in fear and pain.

In a bid to save them, Boyd (Harold Perrineau) destroys the music box, which thankfully sets them free, but he then sees a vision of his late wife Abby (Lisa Ryder), who professes that they would all still die and he was just delaying their suffering, much to his concern.

Jade (David Alpay) and Tabitha (Catalina Sandino Moreno) go into the dangerous forest to try to find answers about the children and symbols that continue to appear in their visions. Tabitha informed him about the tunnels underneath the town, and it was here that he found a circle of rock slabs with light shining down on them, looking like a place of ritual.

Jade then started seeing deformed children lying on the rocks, pointing upwards and repeating the word “anghkooey” and when he looked up himself, he saw the symbol made from the roots of trees. This connects to Tabitha’s own visions of the children, which, in turn, lead her to the lighthouse.
