Gen Z musician Jack Parker 23, from Kent, tried out the drink courtesy of TV food and drink influencer Aidy Smith, who has teamed up with Melton Mowbray and Long Clawson Dairy, one of the only five places that makes Stilton in the UK, to produce a signature cocktail for Christmas.

Jack said: "I don't particularly like sweet drinks and cocktails and I'm a big cheese fan especially blue cheese so when I saw this recipe I thought I'd give it a try.

Rather than blending passionfruit with vodka or rum, Gen Z have forgotten all about fruity punch and the beloved Pornstar Martini and are more readily reaching for cheese and savoury ingredients to mix into their favourite drinks.
