Summary at a Glance

Describing her treatment at the UK clinic, Natalie said the aesthetician carried out an incision on her cheekbones to insert a thread into her face, and claims she was told it would take a week to settle down.

Natalie wanted to get the threads out but says the aesthetician didn't want to resort to surgical options but did advice her to see her GP and to keep the area cool and avoid touching it.

Natalie noticed the threads had moved in her cheeks and was "distraught" after being told by a doctor she would need surgery to get them removed.

Natalie Bryant underwent the cosmetic thread lifting procedure at a UK clinic she found on Instagram after she felt her Botox treatment wasn't lasting.

At first, she was reassured it was part of the healing process and shown a face massage to help - but was then offered radio frequency facials to help break the threads down.
