Davina McCall looked worlds away from her usual self as she debuted a new blonde hairdo on The Masked Singer on Saturday. The presenter, 57, is not one to swap her signature dark locks very often, but bravely branched out during the ITV's episode as she wore a blonde bobbed wig. Davina seems to be a huge fan of her long brunette tresses now, but back in the early 00's she opted for a bobbed dark style with a sweeping side fringe.

The TV star grew out her locks around 2010 and sported a block fringe for a few years before later ditching the fringe for a straight parting down the centre. Despite Davina keeping the same hairstyle for a decade, her new wig on The Masked Singer went down a hit with fans with several praising her for the bold new look. They wrote: 'You look fabulous @davinamccall and why I particularly love this is normalising wearing wigs.

'Seeing celebs change up their appearance like this will give so many people more confidence. Great work as always'. Another fan didn't seem to realise that it was a wig, and begged the former Big Brother host to change it back. They said: 'No Davina what have you done  to your hair, bring it back bring it back bring it back.'. It comes after the presenter underwent brain surgery last year after revealing she had a 'very rare' colloid cyst that affects only three in a million people.
