A SURGERY enthusiast has revealed that she first went under the knife when she was just 17 - and has now spent £168,000 on cosmetic procedures. Bibi Bugatti, an influencer who grew up as a Barbie fan, always wanted to achieve the picture-perfect look for herself.

As a result, she has had countless tweakments and surgeries, including fillers, Botox, breast implants, liposuction, two Brazilian Butt Lifts (BBL), rhinoplasty and more. Opening up about her unique look, Bibi revealed all to Truly, and shared how she has even lost all of her friends, as they are jealous of her looks.

On an episode of Hooked On The Look, the model confessed: “I’ve spent $200,000 [£168,000] over the last three years on all my surgeries.”. On her 27th birthday, Bibi spent €50,000 [£42,000] on "new boobs and a new face". It all came after she spent her teenage years in the Netherlands, never feeling like she fit in.

But after moving to Dubai, the content creator, who has been accused of using heavy filters on her social media snaps, cut off all contact with her friends and most of her family back home because they didn't agree with her lifestyle choices. She admitted: "All my friends start to fight with me, they get jealous of me. So I blocked all my friends from the Netherlands.
