Speaking to the camera while applying her makeup, she said: “I used to be a makeup artist for seven years, and these are all the tips that makeup artists never tell you. “The primer you use is so important. I like to use one that’s hydrating, moisturising, and gives a glistening finish.

“When it comes to foundation, nearly every makeup artist mixes different types. “By combining foundations with different finishes, you get the best of both worlds.”. The makeup artist explains that mixing foundation can bring great coverage as well as perfect the right colour for your face.

She says: “When it comes to concealer, I focus on the inner corners of the eyes. “If the center of your face is bright, it makes your whole look come together. I’m loving the new MAC concealer - it’s thin but gives excellent coverage. “To get the most out of your concealer, let it sit for a while before blending. This helps maintain the coverage.
