The star opened up about From season three and how one scene in particular forced him to confront a life-long phobia.
The actor went on to detail one of the episodes which he would never watch again as he teased the new season is going to be "heartbreaking".
His parents actually changed his surname to Williams as a child, but he later changed it back after he found out there was another Harold Williams in the Screen Actors Guild.
He told Comic Book Resources: "There's a thing that's coming up in one of the episodes, and it literally is a phobia I've had all my life.
