Fans at the time suspected a crack in their relationship as Gordon, Gino and Fred: Road Trip is produced by Studio Ramsay, Ramsay's own firm, which was established in 2018.
It was during a FaceTime chat that the Hell's Kitchen star discovered Tilly and Luciano together while filming Gordon, Gino and Fred: American Road Trip.
Ramsay was clearly not impressed when Luciano indicated that he was eating at Heddon Street Kitchen, one of Ramsay's restaurants, and Luciano rotated the camera to view Tilly.
Gino and Fred: Emission Impossible, Sirieix and D'Acampo's travel programme without Ramsay, debuted last year and chronicles the two travellers' environmentally conscious journey across Austria and Croatia.
Some sources suggests cracks in their relationship developed even earlier, in 2019, when Ramsay publicly vented his rage over Tilly, his teenage daughter, being in a relationship with D'Acampo's son, Luciano.
