While Donald Trump may have thought that all eyes were on him during his inauguration ceremony on Monday but it would seem that there were some eyeballs concentrating on Lauren Sanchez. The 55-year-old former Good Day LA anchor caught the eye of Meta CEO Mark Zuckerberg, among others, as she wore a plunging white $1,890 Alexander McQueen lace corset that left little to the imagination. Lauren is engaged to Amazon founder Jeff Bezos but it would seem that he is revelling in the attention that Lauren is bringing.
While Zuckerberg was caught on camera having a sneaky ogle of Lauren as they sat in the audience of Trump's big day, an insider has said that Bezos doesn't have any problems with the lurid attention his fiancée has been generating. According to the insider, Bezos has his mind on other aspects which means he has no thoughts on Lauren's outfits and those who are taking more than an interest in her when at events. The insider told The Sun: "The thing with Jeff that nobody realizes is he's essentially a massive nerd and always has been - that's why he's been so successful as a businessman. When he first got with Lauren he finally felt like the cool, popular kid at school, the hunky quarterback with a hot cheerleader on his arm.".
The insider added: "He loves going out with her looking smoking hot. He loves the looks other men give Lauren, it makes him feel powerful that she chose him.". Lauren addressed the speculation about her outfits in 2023, when she did a joint interview with Bezos for Vogue. She said at the time: "I always found it interesting that people say, 'Well, Lauren, you definitely dress more for men.' I actually dress for myself." Jeff then added: "But it works for Jeff.".
