Kerry Katona has revealed she's set to kick off her New Year with another bout of cosmetic surgery as she plans a lower facelift. The former Atomic Kitten star, 44, told how she's 'nervous' for the procedure, but has turned to her surgery-obsessed pal Katie Price for guidance and 'moral support'.

Katie, 46, has long been known for her love of going under the knife and has had numerous procedures over the years including facelifts, breast enhancements, rhinoplasty. So it's little wonder Kerry has leaned on her friend for support, with the star remarking in her latest new! magazine column that she's both 'excited' and apprentice for the surgery.

Opening up about her upcoming plans, Kerry explained: 'I’ve got my lower facelift coming up in January, which I’m excited about – but I’m also so nervous. 'I always get really nervous when it comes to anything being done to my face, but I know it will be worth it.'.

'She'd had the procedure done before, so she knows what I’ll be going through and will be able to ease my nerves and anxiety, while helping during my recovery too.'.
