Lily Phillips has sparked further concern after making a devastating comment about her opinion of herself. The 23-year-old OnlyFans star from Derbyshire admitted in a new interview that her self-worth is "out of the window" after she slept with 101 men in a day in an extreme 'challenge'. Lily, who has since gone viral for her comments about the 'sex marathon', responded: "None of it, mate," when podcast host Shizzio asked about her self-esteem.
She added: "I don't even know what self-respect means at this point." Later in the interview, she told the podcaster: "I think I just don't know the meaning of it" before stressing: "I respect myself, I guess." Their conversation has been shared widely on social media, with the clip racking up more than 250,000 views.
But some viewers revealed they were left crying following Lily's 'painful' confession - and it is not the first time she has left people worried. One wrote: "I just want to hug her" while another said: "Wow. This one is painful." Another viewer said: "I feel so sorry for her" alongside a crying face emoji.
Lily previously opened up about her viral challenge - which saw her sleep with 101 men over the course of a single day back in October - in a YouTube film titled, 'I Slept With 100 Men in One Day'. The film later forced the star to defend herself as 'mentally strong' as viewers raised concern for her welfare.
