During an interview after her eventful day, documentarian Josh Pieters asked the adult star how she feels about men leaving sexual fluids on her face and in her mouth. She admitted she was happy with men doing this, but was then asked if she was fearful about catching HIV through the act.

He asked the model what she would do if she did catch it through her line of work to which Lily replied: "There's no more I can do, you can take blockers and things like that.". But Young Spray wasn't baking down, he continued to ask if she would be okay contracting HIV.
