Experts believe the oranges are great for anti-ageing as they are loaded with water, and hydrate your skin. They are also a source of vitamin C, which helps to create collagen and wound healing. Gina, from Australia confirmed that this has helped her with blemishes and spots.

As well as eating them, she will also add segments into her breakfast oatmeal, yoghurts or blitzing them in smoothies. We previously revealed how the Aussie model uses other citrus fruits as a natural alternative to deodorant. She explained that lemons “last more than 24 hours” compared to “any deodorant on the market.”.
