Sharing the interview on his social media channels, Morgan wrote: “Attention, all Liverpool fans!” But that does not appear to have gone down well, with Liverpool fans taking to Twitter to share their irritation.
As it stands, Salah is set to leave Liverpool for nothing at the end of the season, albeit discussions remain on to extend his stay at Anfield.
In an interview with Morgan, The Saudi Minister of Sport Prince Abdulaziz bin Turki Al-Faisal reaffirmed his intentions to sign Salah.
"So to have Mo Salah or other players that are good role models would be, you know, a pleasure and a privilege to have in the Saudi League.
