Major London road to close for over a month in 2025 starting this week A busy London road is set to close for 36 days in total over the next few months – starting on Friday.
The A40 Westway is an elevated part of the dual carriageway running between Paddington and North Kensington, connecting the London Inner Ring Road to the west London suburbs.
The A40 Westway will be closed eastbound from the A3320 Westway roundabout to the A40 Marylebone flyover.
The A40 Westway will be closed westbound from Marylebone flyover junction to the A3320 Westway roundabout.
But Transport for London (TfL) will be closing the road for 14 days in one direction, and then 22 more days in the other.
