Man accused of breaking into farm stables and having sex with Shetland pony A man has been accused of breaking into a farm and having sex with a Shetland pony.
Ogeare is accused of breaking into a stables containing two Shetland ponies and having sex with a female mare, called Cassieopia Wooley.
The accused, who arrived to court wearing a black coat and sherpa hat, did not enter a formal plea today as the hearing was adjourned.
Damion Ogeare, 43, appeared at Salisbury Crown Court, Wiltshire, for a plea and trial preparation hearing.
He previously denied one count of sexual penetration with a living animal, and one of recklessly trespassing on premises with intent to commit a relevant sexual offence.
